Delivery

De’xandra offers Next Day, Saturday delivery for all UK orders.

  • Next Day Delivery: Orders need to be placed before 2:30pm from Monday to Friday to be delivered on the next day.
  • Saturday Delivery: Orders need to be placed before 2:30pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday.

Please be advised that the delivery days do not include Bank Holidays, the delivery time might be extended to 2-3 working days.

International deliveries within the EU can take up to 7 working days.

International deliveries outside the EU can take up to 12 working days.

Tracking will be provided once orders have been shipped.

  Returns

    We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem. Purchases can be returned within 14 days. 

    If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a full, no quibble refund.

     Please note that you will also have to include all complimentary samples, miniatures and complimentary gifts when returning your order.
